theSwitch (diakoptis in greek) has been active in designing places and applications for companies, brands and organizations since 2005, by developing and transferring their competitive advantages into their workplaces and transforming communication into an enriching experience. the switchers, are motivated by the possibilities of transforming the workplaces as well as their surrounding environment. Places which greatly influence the quality of our lives, social evolution and development. theSwitch brings, in every project, a team of professionals from interior design, architecture, graphic design, industrial design, marketing and business management. Our approach is based on methodologies such as interviewing, discourse analysis, place mapping, deliberative planning, participatory design through executives, consultants and creators workshop. We develop place identity as a combination of unique elements in every project, aesthetic values, function and ergonomy. We focus on and uncover the needs and desires of people and organizations in order to empower them and incorporate them into the workplaces.
